Galway Comedy Festival returns in October 2023 and is expected to be bigger and better than ever. It is expected to run from the 24th to 30th October 2023 and will present leading Irish and international comics, improv, theatre, mime, table quizzes, photography, hip hop, and much more. Get ready for the party of the century as Galway once again lights up with laughter.
Comedy acts announced to date
#GCF23 is shaping up to be a cracker, with the early announcement of a stellar array of solo shows from John Bishop, Jim Jefferies, Deirdre O’Kane, Panti Bliss, Jimeoin, Omid Djalili, Rhys Darby, Reginald D Hunter, Mama Na Obrotach, Rich Hall, Serena Terry, Al Porter, Emma Doran, Enya Martin, Danny O’Brien, John Colleary and Elena Gabrielle, along with the return of a much loved GCF favourite – Faulty Towers: The Dining Experience.

Galway Comedy Festival has grown year on year to its current position as one of Ireland’s top festivals, attracting world class comedians and thousands of visitors to Galway for a last blast of laughter before winter.
